What is hand pain?
The human hand is an amazingly complex part of our body and we often take this for granted until we experience pain or dysfunction.
The impact this can have ranges from annoying to distressing but with the right guidance and management, many issues can be helped.

Altered sensation or tingling in the thumb, index, middle and ring fingers. Pain in the wrist and forearm. The hand may feel weaker.
Cubital tunnel syndrome (ulnar neuropathy) – Click to read more
Altered sensation or tingling in the little and ring fingers. Pain may travel down from the inner elbow. The hand may feel weaker.

Lumps in the palm, often in line with the ring finger. It can pull the finger towards the palm, preventing it from fully straightening.
