Exercises for Dupuytren’s
There are no specific exercises which can improve Dupuytren’s, however it is important to keep the hand, wrist and fingers mobile and supple. Below are some movements which you may find helpful to practice, and can be done 2-3 times per day. Alongside keeping the hand mobile, it is also helpful to maintain good condition of the skin by regularly moisturising your hands.
